🕛 Meal 1 (around 12pm)
Choose ONE (keep it simple):

Chicken leg (with skin) + vegetables + olive oil / butter
👉 Keep it clean. No extras.
🕕 Meal 2 (around 6pm)
• Protein (chicken, beef or fish)
• Cruciferous Vegetables
• Healthy fats (olive oil, butter or avocado)
• Eat until satisfied. Don't stuff yourself.

• No snacking
• No sugar
• No processed foods
• No overthinking
• Follow the plan. Don't negotiate.

• Drink water consistently (not all at once)
